Calling all Elves!…..
Hey everyone,
SUPER important listen up!
We’re organizing a Holiday Toy Drive at my upcoming Christmas shows in Bend, Olympia and Bellingham! The toys we collect will go directly to the Salvation Army, The Country Doctor and a women and children’s domestic violence shelter.
I ask you to please consider the impact we can make on these kids lives by coming together in numbers and lifting their spirits this holiday season! I realize that in contrast to the issues we usually tackle, like hunger and poverty, that some of you may not see toys as a genuine necessity. I’ve thought a lot about that perspective and I believe that regardless of the beliefs we hold, the truth is that for better or worse in today’s society we celebrate openly with the practice of gift giving. Sadly it can be really damaging for these kids to be left without a gift in their already too difficult situations. Please celebrate with us the practice of service and gift giving for those in need this month by bringing an unwrapped toy to the show!
As a thank you to our generous friends we have made an exclusive, very special festive gift for each and every one of you who brings a toy to the show (Hint: 1984!). So please help us give these deserving kids a gift to open on Christmas day!

* Our volunteers will be collecting toys in the venue lobby so please have your gift ready for collection when you arrive.
* Please ensure each gift is unwrapped and still in the manufacturers packaging.
